We started the process to see if we can buy a house....
Honestly, I'm nervous as hell about whether we will get qualified for enough, or if we will even qualify at all. But also, what we are going to do if we are actually qualified to buy a house.
Anyway, just wanted to pop in and say that.

First time home buyers get GREAT deals Jeff! With your new job...way way far away on the wet side...and the higher income, you should qualify with no problems! I will be praying that this happens...it will be nice to have a place to stay when we head over that way! hehe
